Terms of Service (template).

These terms cover this website now, and the shape of a passenger agreement for a driverless vehicle service later. They are not in force as a commercial carriage contract because no such service is authorized.

Template version · 30 August 2026 · not counsel-approved

1. Parties and status

“TRELYAN,” “Ride,” “we,” and “us” refer to TRELYAN Inc., a Delaware corporation (Delaware State File Number 10646511; EIN 42-3148928; principal address 311 11th Avenue, PH205, New York, NY 10001), operating the Ride product. TRELYAN Foundation remains a Swiss Stiftung in formation (Zug) and is not entered in the commercial register. These terms are a template. They do not create a partnership, franchise, or employment relationship with you, and they do not authorize a vehicle to carry you for compensation.

2. Website and waitlists (in force as a site notice)

By using this website you agree to use it lawfully, not to attack it, and not to treat waitlist confirmation as a ticket. We may reject or delete submissions. Content is provided “as is.” See Acceptable Use.

3. No authorized passenger service

You acknowledge that TRELYAN Ride does not currently hold the operating licenses listed as Not filed on /licenses/operating, including CPUC autonomous deployment, California DMV AV permits, San Francisco local authorizations, Swiss automated-driving authorizations, and passenger-carrier concessions. You will not attempt to board a vehicle as if it were a licensed taxi or TNC trip based on this website.

4. Intended passenger terms (not effective until a covered service exists)

When — and only when — a lawful service is offered, the following structure is intended:

4.1 Eligibility

Age of majority or accompanied minor under posted rules; ability to follow cabin safety instructions; no interference with sensors, doors, or emergency hardware.

4.2 The service

Fully autonomous carriage of passengers in the operational design domain, without a human driver in the vehicle. Remote assistance may participate. We may refuse, interrupt, or reroute trips for safety, weather, ODD, law, or abuse.

4.3 Your conduct

No assault, harassment, hazardous goods, smoking where prohibited, tampering, or using the cabin to commit crimes. You must use restraints as posted. You are responsible for children you bring.

4.4 Fares and payment

Posted or in-app prices; taxes as required; chargebacks investigated. No driver tip, because there is no driver. Promotions are not a continuing obligation. When TRELYAN Inc. issues an invoice or a written request reference, US customers may pay by Zelle to fondation@trelyan.ch. Put the invoice or request reference in the Zelle memo. Zelle is a US person-to-person / business rail; it does not by itself authorize a ride. Bank account and routing numbers are not published on this site. See Contact.

4.5 Receipts

Post-quantum receipts, if issued, are integrity records (Falcon-1024-shaped; TestNet demonstration today). They are not a guarantee of tax treatment, insurance coverage, or confidentiality. See Trust.

4.6 Assumption of risk (template — counsel to calibrate)

Road vehicles involve residual risk. Autonomous systems involve residual risk. This template does not waive liability where waiver is forbidden (including many Swiss and EU consumer rules, and California public-policy limits). Any limitation of liability for authorized commercial service will be rewritten by counsel to the maximum extent lawful — and no further.

4.7 Insurance

No in-force commercial AV policy number is published because none exists for this service. When policies exist, certificates will be described without inventing numbers in marketing.

4.8 Accessibility

We intend to provide accessible vehicles and apps as described in /accessibility. Until a fleet exists, this is a commitment of design, not a present vehicle inventory.

5. Apps and Converse

Companion apps are distributed only through official store or signed APK/TestFlight channels we announce. Converse is not legal, medical, or emergency advice and is not remote driving.

6. Intellectual property

TRELYAN™ is a registered Swiss trademark, mark no. 851915 (application no. 08601/2026), filed 19 May 2026, registered 10 July 2026, protection through 19 May 2036, classes 9, 36 and 42, owner Brandon Joseph Sellam, 311 11th Avenue PH205, 10001 New York. Site content © TRELYAN Inc. except third-party licenses on /licenses. You may not suggest affiliation or authorized service we do not have.

7. Disclaimers (website)

Protocol cryptography is documented on trelyan.foundation and is unaudited / TestNet where so stated. This site may contain errors. No investment advice; no token offering.

8. Indemnity (template)

To the extent permitted, you will indemnify Ride against third-party claims arising from your unlawful misuse of the site or, later, of the cabin (e.g. injuries you cause to other passengers through assault). Counsel will conform this to Swiss/EU mandatory law.

9. Governing law and disputes (template)

Intended: substantive Swiss law, subject to mandatory consumer protections of your residence (including EU/UK and California). Intended venue: courts of Zug, Switzerland, unless a mandatory forum applies. Arbitration is not elected in this template so as not to waive unwaivable rights.

10. Changes; contact

We may update this page. Continued website use after posting constitutes acceptance of site terms. Passenger terms for a live service will require in-app assent. Questions: legal@trelyan.ch.
