  4. Converse. One TRELYAN voice at /converse and /support. GPT, watsonx, Claude Fable 5, and Grok merge when keyed.
  5. Ride. Fully autonomous owned-fleet architecture. Commercial passenger service is not authorized. Cities on /cities are ops/trial targets only.
  6. QUANTOM DOM. Nearer seam: waitlist and design-partner antivirus. Not a generally available consumer product claim on this site.
  7. Apps. No App Store or Play listing. TestFlight/APK waitlists only.

No corridor before the instruments.

2028 is not a promise. It is only eligible if every gate below is already green — not hoped-for, not in progress as a slogan.

  1. Passenger-AV authority. The relevant US, Swiss, and local passenger-carrying instruments must be granted and citable on /licenses/operating. Today: not filed.
  2. Insurance in force. Commercial AV / motor liability policies with real numbers. Today: in formation, no policy to publish.
  3. Counsel-reviewed legal pack. Privacy, terms, and carriage language reviewed. Today: templates pending counsel.
  4. Stiftung register. If Swiss public operations require it, the Stiftung must exist in the register. Today: in formation.
  5. No invented traction. Miles, ARR, store rankings, and live passenger markets are not gates we will fake to pull a date forward.
Horizon · 2029

A hoped-for authorized corridor.

2029 is the public horizon for an authorized Ride corridor — after permits, not instead of them. Earliest 2028 only if the gates are already true.

  1. Authorized corridor. If — and only if — the gates hold, Ride may operate a named corridor as a lawful passenger service. That is not the case in August 2026.
  2. Owned fleet. Driverless vehicles as liable computers. No driver marketplace. Still no claim of a live market today.
  3. City register. The /cities dossier stays a target list until a city leaves Not filed on the license tracker.
  4. Not a delay excuse. The date is a horizon, not an apology. We do not sell a 2028 launch. We do not sell a 2029 launch. We publish the gates.

Legal intake now: waitlist, design-partner, or ops interest. Not a robotaxi checkout. Not a passenger fare.
